• My Drive

• Create and organize folders in My Drive
• Categorize and organize documents/files within folders in My Drive for easy future access
• Share a folder with collaborators
• Change collaborator settings between Editor, Commentor, and Viewer while understanding the differences between these settings
• Copy and share a link for a document
• Change “General Access” between Restricted, Within Organization, and Editor and understand the differences between these settings
• Create shortcuts to files (including those shared with you) to organize them in your drive

• Create and add collaborators to a “Shared Drive”

• Understand that anything places in a Shared Drive can be accessed by all other collaborators
• Be able to change a collaborator to a Manager, Content Manager, Commentor, or Viewer and understand the differences between these settings

• Understand how to access documents/files that have been shared by a collaborator
• Make a copy of a document/file that has been shared as “Viewer” so that it can be independently edited
• Locate copies of shared files in My Drive and organize them with shortcuts
